1. Call to Order

   • The meeting was held at Old Chicago’s on Academy

   • Individuals attending:

     • Asa Martin

     • Cal Jacobson

     • Dan Lindorf

     • Joe Dille

     • Matt Skinner

   1. Photo/Video release

      • Matt presented a sample photo release form to be signed by any presenter that is to be photographed or video tapes during the course of the meetings- there were no objections

      • As a matter of practice, any photo/video will be done with an emphasis on minimal effort so long as the product is adequate for presentation

   2. Presentation Schedule

      • Request for presenters at future meetings

      • November will be…

        • Platform/frameworks presentation

        • Beginner series focusing on a path to becoming a good php developer- first presentation is a “hello world”/WAMP- Cal and Asa volunteered

      • December; considering an open mic night for Q&A

      • Future ideas COMET

   3. Recruiters

      • Allow them to post jobs; will require renewal every 30 days

      • Will never be given privacy oriented membership information

   4. Advertising the October meeting

      • Cal has already posted at the Gazette and php.net as well as a couple other places

      • Considering the opportunities of inviting local companies

      • Dan and Asa are going to call Universities (they will also inquire if there are possible meeting rooms)

        • UCCS

        • Colorado Tech

        • Pikes Peak community college

        • Everest College

   5. Members

      • Emails will never be made public except for board members

      • Name will be listed in a membership section of the website is they desire

      • If making a motion at a public meeting, the members name will be included in the minutes

   6. November/December meeting dates

      • Due to the holidays, these meetings will be moved up one week.

      • Location: TBD

   7. Forum

      • Cal is working to stand up a discussion area on the web page
